Motion was made by Commissioner Bowman that Item 12A (1) - <br />County Administrator's Contract - be deleted from today's agenda <br />for the reason that she felt any discussion of this matter today <br />would be prejudicial to the Kiser case. <br />The Motion offered by Commissioner Bowman died for lack of a <br />second, and the Chairman stated that Item 12A (1), therefore, <br />would' remain on today's agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 26, 1988. There <br />were none (except the transposition of Budget Amendment #051 from <br />Consent Agenda Item 6 to Item 7, which correction was pointed out <br />by the Deputy Clerk previous to the meeting.) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 26, 1988 as <br />corrected by the Deputy Clerk. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Bird requested that Item 6 be removed from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />(1) - Reports <br />The following reports were received and placed on file in <br />the Office of Clerk to the Board: <br />Report of Convictions, Month of April, 1988 <br />Report of Convictions, Month of May, 1988 <br />Report of Convictions, Month of June, 1988 <br />2 soeK 73 F��cF 353 <br />AUG 9 199 <br />� J <br />
