Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: Augusta3, 1988 <br />RE: DEVEOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR PAVING OF <br />STORM GROVE ROAD <br />Commission Meeting - August 9, 1988 <br />Attached is resolution covering a real estate trans -action <br />which is currently taking place. Also attached is.a letter <br />of explanation from the attorney handling the transaction. <br />Vero Sand Pines had signed a Developer's Agreement with <br />Indian River County regarding the paving of Storm Grove <br />Road. This resolution acknowledges on behalf of the County <br />that title to the property is being transferred and that the <br />new owner will assume the same obli.gation to the County. <br />Staff requests permission for the Chairman to execute the <br />resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 88-48 consenting to the assignment of <br />the Developer's Agreement originally entered into <br />w/Vero Sand Pines to Hawk's Nest Management, Inc. <br />6 EOOK 73 pnE.357 <br />
