DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:}17 <br />;,,. <br />Bids were opened Wednesday, August 10, 1988 at 2:Q0 P.M. <br />for IRC Bid #89-8. <br />7 Invitations to Bid were mailed. 2 Bids were received. <br />This bid was advertised in the newspaper. w1 <br />2. ALTERNATIVES AMID ANALYSIS: <br />The low bid for Reinforced Concrete Pipe was submitted by Southern Culvert. <br />They have taken an exception to our specifications, which is that shipments <br />must be in truckload quantities. Staff believes this to be an exception <br />they can accept. Yearly expenditures are estimated at $15,000.00 <br />under this bid. <br />3. MMING: <br />No requisitions are currently being held in the Purchasing Dept. <br />No purchase orders will be issued until our approved requisition <br />is received from the Budget Office. <br />4.
