PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UT/I>LITY S ICES <br />FROM: JACK PEARCE�/= <br />COORDINATOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: 71ST AVENUE AND 71ST COURT - BREEZEWOOD SUBDIVISION <br />WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NUMBER UW87-20-DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />71st Avenue and 71st Court - Breezewood Subdivision Water System <br />Improvements, is ready for approval of Final Assessment Roll. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Preliminary Assessment Roll was for $126,060.00. The total <br />project cost is $112,200.00. <br />The lines have been sized to service both fire flow and domestic use <br />for the Subdivision and connecting parcels. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />We recommend the Final Assessment Roll be approved at the $1,700.00 <br />per buildable parcel for the individuals named in the preliminary <br />assessment roll and authorize placing the assessment liens on the <br />benefitting properties. The assessments will be recorded in the <br />Recording Office of the Clerk of the Circuit_Court. <br />Since the Final Assessment is less thanthe Preliminary it is further <br />recommended that this item be.placed on the Consent Agenda. The <br />breakdown of final costs is enclosed in this.package along with the <br />property list of -the assessment roll. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted <br />Resolution 88-51 approving the Final Assessment <br />Roll for certain water improvements 71st Avenue 8 <br />71st Court - Breezewood Subdv.
