0 <br />56'7114 <br />RELEASE OF LIEN <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $4,488.99 <br />RECEIVED from Ethel Spriggs, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA (the "County") <br />hereby releases the property hereinafter described from a <br />certain Lien recorded by the County in its Official Records <br />Book 0744, Page 1124, in the amount of $4,008.03, for <br />demolition and removal costs of a nuisance structure, said <br />IIen .levied in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 <br />of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and the County hereby declares such lien fully <br />satisfied.
