ORDINANCE NO. 88-__M <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING <br />ZONING MAP FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as <br />the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public <br />hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element <br />of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a <br />public hearing pursuant to this 'rezoning request, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens Were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />of` the following described parcel situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The subject property is described as: <br />The West 10 feet of Lot 3 and Lot 20, Block 2, Quay <br />Subdivision and Lots 4 thru 8 and Lots 12 thru 19, Block 2 <br />Quay Subdivision and the west 10 feet of Lot 3 and Lot 17 <br />and Lots 4 thru 16 Block 3, Quay Subdivision as recorded in. <br />Plat Book 4, Page 59 Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RM -6, Multiple -Family District to OCR, Office, <br />Commercial, and Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 6th <br />day of September• 1988. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />Don C.
