<br />Industrial Development Revenue Bonds
<br />PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
<br />September 8, 1988, at 9:05 a.m., prevailing local ;
<br />time, the Board of County Commissioners of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, will convene a public
<br />hearing at the Indian River County Administra-
<br />Von Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero ,
<br />Beach, Florida, concerning the proposed Issu-
<br />ance by Indian River County of industrial devel- .
<br />opment revenue bonds In the approximately ag-
<br />gregate principal amount of $973,000 to finance
<br />the acquisition, construction, equipping and fur-
<br />nishing of a manufacturing facility to be located
<br />at 9500 102nd Terrace, Sebastian, Florida. The
<br />Initial owner and occupant of such facility will be i
<br />Profold, Inc., a Florida corporation engaged In 1
<br />the manufacture of paper folding equipment.
<br />The proposed Industrial development revenue i
<br />bonds will be payable solely from revenue to be
<br />derived by Indian River County from payments
<br />to be made by the facility owner under a financ-
<br />Ing agreement, or such agreements as the i
<br />County shall approve, between the County and
<br />owner of the facility. Such bonds and the inter-
<br />est payable thereon shall not constitute an in-
<br />debtedness or pledge of the general credit or
<br />taxing power of Indian River County or of the
<br />State of Florida.
<br />At such public hearing, further Information
<br />concerning the proposed facility and Its financ-
<br />Ing will be available and/or presented and inter-
<br />ested Individuals will be given a reasonable op-
<br />portunity to express their views on the proposed
<br />Issue of bonds and the nature and location of ;
<br />the proposed facility to be financed.
<br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that Immedl-
<br />ately-following the aforementioned public hear.
<br />Ing. the Board of County Commissioners will .
<br />consider approving the issuance of the above-
<br />described bonds for purposes of Section 147(f)
<br />of the Internal Revenue Code of 1988, as
<br />amended, and take such other action related to
<br />the foregoing matters as may be necessary or
<br />appropriate.
