SPECIAL MEETING <br />FINAL BUDGET HEARING <br />September 14, 1988 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, September <br />14, 1988, at 5:01 o'clock P.M. Present were Don C. Scurlock, <br />Jr., Chairman; Gary C. Wheeler, Vice_Chairman; Richard N. Bird; <br />Margaret C. Bowman; and Carolyn K. Eggert. Also present were <br />William G. Collins 11, Acting County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Joseph <br />Baird, OMB Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order, and Vice <br />Chairman Wheeler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />The hour of 5:01 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notices with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to wit: VERO BEACH PRESS.JOURNAL <br />' Pyblished Deily <br />.
