� � r <br />STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNITS <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that Chairman Scurlock would read <br />aloud the title of the proposed resolutions for each of the <br />street lighting districts and then open the public hearing in <br />which anyone who wished to speak on any or all of the districts <br />would be heard. <br />Attorney Vitunac asked if anyone present wished to have any <br />or all of the proposed street lighting resolutions read aloud in <br />their entirety. There being none, the Chairman closed the public <br />hearing. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the public hearing on all of the <br />street lighting municipal service taxing units, and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard. There were none. <br />Gifford Street Lighting MSTU <br />Chairman Scurlock read aloud the title of proposed <br />Resolution 88-73 establishing the assessment rate to be levied by <br />the Gifford Street Lighting Municipal Service Taxing Unit. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-73 providing for an assessment of $9.00 <br />per parcel/acre for the Gifford Street Lighting <br />Municipal Service Taxing Unit for fiscal year 1988-89. <br />SEP 141988 41 Book 4 P cr " <br />
