Am i The County Democratic Executive Committee having met, and adopted the assessments to be levied against the candidates for the various offices of the County, for party organization, assessments were thereupon made for the purpose of defraying all expenses in connection with the Primary Elections to be held Tuesday 'June 7th and Tuesday June 28th 1932, as follows: County Judge.9...9...9.&.30.00 Sheriff..................100.00 Clerk Circuit Court...... 100.00 Tex Collector ....... .....100000 `.t'ax Assessor.............100.0O Supt.of :Schools.......... 60.00 Prosecuting Attorney..... 20.00 County Commissioner...... 4.00 School Board ............. 4.00 Representative........... 6.00 Constable,,,***,,,,,,,,,, 4.00 Justice of .peace......... 4.00 Sup'r.of Registration.... 6.00 and it was ordered that the respective amounts indicated above be paid to the Clerk of - this Board, by each candidate for the office designated, by the time prescribed by law, to -grit: May 13th 1932. It me further ordered that immediately after said date the Clerk place the total amount received in the General Revenue Fund of the County, and report the same to this Board. Helen S. Inly, agent Columbia Casualty Co., requested the County Commissioners to designate the depository for County Funds, coming under their jurisdiction, as that Comp was on the official bond of the Tax Collector. It mas ordered that such certificate be given showing the Barnett National Bank of Cocoa, Florida, as'the designated Depository with security pledged with the State Comptroller being in the sum of $10,000.00 and constituting united States Government bonds. The semi-annual report of fees and commissions received by the Tax Collector was received and filed, which is as follows: REPORT OF G. R. OIMSTEAD, For the six months ending December 31st 1931. It was ordered the County Attorney be instructed to make demand on the Tax Collector and his official bonds for amount alleged to be due the County as shown by State .Auditor's report recently filed.
