Section II - County Obligations <br />The COUNTY agrees to: <br />A. Provide the ENGINEER with all available drawings, <br />surveys, rights-of-way maps, and other documents pertinent to the <br />project which are in the possession of the COUNTY, however, all <br />information requiring research shall be the responsibility of the <br />ENGINEER. <br />Section III - Scope of Services <br />A. The ENGINEER will perform all necessary land surveying <br />work as designated by the County Engineer and/or the County <br />Surveyor. <br />B. After issuance of a work order and written <br />authorization to proceed, the ENGINEER shall consult with the <br />COUNTY to clarify and define the COUNTY'S requirements and <br />objectives for the project, and review all available data. <br />C. The ENGINEER will strive to complete his work on the <br />project within the time allowed by maintaining an adequate staff <br />of surveyors. - <br />D. The ENGINEER shall report the status of this project to <br />the County Surveyor upon request. <br />1. All original documents, survey notes, field books, <br />tracing and the like including all items furnished to the <br />ENGINEER by the COUNTY puzsuant to this agreement are, and <br />will remain, the property of the COUNTY. <br />Section IV - Time for Completion <br />A. After issuance of written authorization to proceed, <br />projects will be assigned and completed as designated by the <br />County Surveyor. <br />Section V - Compensation <br />Surveying costs to include a three man survey crew truck and <br />appropriate state of the art instruments at a fee not to exceed <br />4 <br />OCT 41988 <br />Pa <br />aoQK 74 il;LL 4Ol <br />
