RESOLUTION NO. 88- 105 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME AND <br />PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN THE: <br />ROCKRIDGE SANITARY SEWER AREA (E.P.A. 0120502060) <br />DESIGNATED AS PROJECT U$ -87 -08 -CCS <br />TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED IN LIEU OF SEWER IMPACT FEES AND <br />OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED THEREIN MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO ANY <br />COMPLAINT AS TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN LIEU OF SEWER <br />IMPACT FEES. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has be Resolution No. 88- 104 determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property <br />within the area described hereafter, that a special assessment in <br />lieu of sewer impact fees in the amount of $1,250 be imposed on <br />the 404 prbperties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility Services <br />Department; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 11-52, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place <br />at which the owners of the property to be assessed or any other <br />persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to any complaints as to the special <br />assessments, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The County Commission shall meet at the County Commission <br />chambers in the County'Administration Building at the hour of 9:05 <br />a.m. on November 1, 1988, at which time the owners of the <br />properties to be specially assessed and any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before said Commission and be heard <br />in regard thereto. The properties to be specially assessed are <br />more particularly described upon the assessment plat and the <br />assessment roll with regard to the special assessments. <br />2.
