Wiegers, Staff Plann�/ tti Current Development DATE: October 7, 1988 SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR GATEWAY CENTER PHASE I SUBDIVISION It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of October 18, 1988. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:. Gateway Center Phase I is the first phase of a ±20.5 acre indus- trial subdivision and contains 6' lots. The subdivision is located to the south of 41st Street at 39th Street (extended) . The Plan- ning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat on January 28, 1988. Since that time, all required .subdivision improvements including roads, water and wastewater utilities, have been constructed for this phase. The owner, David Langfitt, is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted the following: 1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary plat. ANALYSIS: All required improvements have been constructed, and have been inspected and approved by the Public Works and Utilities Depart- ment. All conditions of the preliminary plat approval have been satisfied; therefore, all applicable requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval to the Gateway Center Phase I Subdivision. OCT 18 198 ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- sioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted Final Plat Approval to Gateway Center Phase 1 Subdivision as recommended by staff. • r 6 BOOT F;{„ 526
