RESOLUTION NO. 88-111 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE REPLAT OF BENT <br />PINE SUBDIVISION UNIT 3 AND UNIT 4. <br />WHEREAS, the Certificate of Dedication for lots 16 & N. # of <br />Lot 17, Repiat of Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit 3 and Unit 4 <br />according to the plat thereof, recorded in the office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida in plat Book <br />11, Pages 9,9-A, and 9-B ccntains a Statement of Intent for <br />utility easements "for the streets and easements shown on this <br />replat are dedicated for the use of Public Utilities, <br />Cablevision, and the Property Owners in all of the Bent Pine <br />Subdivision" as shown in Official Record Book 593, Pages 668, <br />Official Records Book 598, Page 2202, Official Records Book 619, <br />Page 228, Official Records Book 641, Page 2895, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, James W. & Barbara A.
