Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Judge Vocelle is requesting permission to purchase an audio <br />visual system for Courtrooms A, B, and D. The system, linked to <br />the jail, would enable judges to do first appearances in <br />difference courtrooms without the prisoners being physically <br />present. Judge Vocelle wishes to purchase the equipment from <br />McMaster Antenna System so that it is compatible with existing <br />equipment and can be purchased immediately. The system is <br />expected to cost $4,150. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve Budget Amendment 005- <br />purchase of audio visual equipment for $4,150 - funding to come <br />from Court Facilities. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved Budget <br />Amendment #005, as described: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Joseph A.
