PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING MASTER AGREEMENT <br />DESIGN, PERMITTING, BIDDING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />OF WATER TREATMENT PLANTS <br />DESIGN, PERMITTING, BIDDING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS, OVER 3MGD <br />SLUDGE & SEPTAGE TREATMENT <br />EFFLUENT USE - AGRICULTURAL <br />EFFLUENT DISPOSAL GOLF COURSE RE -USE & PERCOLATION PONDS <br />WATER STORAGE TANKS - DEVELOPERS TO IRC UTILITIES <br />PLAN REVIEW FOR PROJECTS SUBMITTED BY DEVELOPERS TO IRC UTILITIES <br />HYDROLOGICAL STUDIES <br />SPECIAL PROJECTS <br />WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN <br />COMPUTER ANALYSIS - WASTEWATER <br />COMPUTER SOFTWARE UTILITIES <br />FORMULATION OF ASSESSMENTS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 10. day of <br />1988, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political s bdivision of <br />the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and <br />CAMP, DRESSER & McKEE, INC., 660 BEACHLAND BLVD., VERO BEACH, <br />FLORIDA 32963, hereinafter referred to as the "Engineer", <br />WITNESSETH <br />That the COUNTY and the ENGINEER,.in consideration of their <br />mutual covenants, herein agree with respect to the performance of <br />professional civil engineering and land surveying services by the <br />ENGINEER and the payment for those services by the COUNTY as set <br />forth below and in individual work orders. This Agreement shall be <br />referred to as the "MASTER AGREEMENT" under which future work orders <br />will apply. <br />The ENGINEER shall provide professional engineering and such <br />other related services as defined in the work authorization for the <br />.COUNTY in all phases of each project as described in an individual <br />work authorization prepared by the County Department of Utility <br />Services. The ENGINEER shall serve as the COUNTY's professional <br />representative for the project as set forth in each work <br />authorization, and shall give professional engineering and water <br />and/or sewer system advice to the COUNTY during the performance of <br />the services to be rendered. <br />SAID AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD IN ITS <br />iNOV 1 <br />'988 <br />ENTIRETY. <br />80 <br />BOOK 75 PAGE 80 <br />
