DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Bids were received Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1988 at 2 P.M. <br />for IRC Bid#89-30. <br />12 Invitations were mailed out using the automated bid <br />register. 2 responses were received <br />This bid was advertised in the newspaper. <br />2. ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The low bid meeting specifications was submitted by Global <br />Paving Systems at $5.90 per ton delivered and $2.70 per ton <br />picked up. They have taken no exceptions to our specifications. <br />This bid was solicited to establish a Term Contract. Expenditures <br />are estimated at $10,000.00 during the 88-89FY — <br />3. FUNDING: <br />This bid is to establish an annual contract. No Purchase Orders <br />will be issued before a requisition approved by the Budget Office <br />is received. <br />4.
