MCCAIN <br />PROJECTS MANAGER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: BOARD APPROVAL OF MASTER AGREEMENT <br />FOR POST, BUCKLEY, SCHUH, AND JERNIGAN <br />BACKGROUND <br />Several months ago Indian River County undertook a selection process <br />to short list various engineering consultants. The firm of Post, <br />Buckley, Schuh and Jernigan, were short listed under the following <br />classifications numbers 2,3,6,7,14,15,16,18,19, and 20 (see specific <br />listing on front page of attached contract). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Utility Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the signing of the attached Master Agreement with Post, <br />Buckley, Schuh, and Jernigan. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Professional Civil Engineering Master Agreement <br />w/Post,Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc., for the <br />services set out in the Agreement Title: <br />10 <br />NOV 15 1988 <br />BOOK 75 PKE 154 <br />
