Tuesday, November 22, 1988 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />November 22, 1988, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman; Richard <br />N.' Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and Carolyn K. Eggert. Also present <br />were William G. Collins, 11, Acting County Administrator; Charles <br />P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Ray Snow of First Nazarene Church gave the <br />invocation, and Chairman Scurlock led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br />Students from Glendale Elementary School gave a Patriotic <br />Presentation in observance of Thanksgiving, an American holiday. <br />The presentation was thoroughly enjoyed by the Board and those in <br />attendance, and the Chairman thanked the children for coming. <br />5noK <br />NOV 2 2 1988 <br />
