Wiegers <br />DATE: November 14, 1988 <br />Development <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR CORALWINp SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 22, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Coralwind Subdivision is a 26 <br />parcel located to the south of <br />Avenue. At its regular meeting <br />and Zoning Commission granted <br />subdivision. <br />lot subdivision of a ±10.0 acre <br />5th Street S.W. and east of 40th <br />of October 9th, 1987, the Planning <br />preliminary plat approval to the <br />The owner, Coral Group, Inc; is now requesting final plat approval <br />and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary - <br />plat; <br />2. a warranty maintenance agreement covering publically dedicat- <br />ed improvements (roads, drainage easements, utilities, etc.); <br />and <br />3. a letter of credit guaranteeing the warranty maintenance <br />-agreement. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed, and have been <br />inspected and approved by the Public Works and Utilities Depart- <br />ments. The County Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the <br />submitted warranty maintenance agreement and letter of credit. <br />All requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the Coralwind Subdivision and accept the <br />submitted warranty maintenance agreement and letter of credit. <br />9 <br />NOV 2 21988 <br />L <br />ROOK 75 ria 221 <br />
