Collins II <br />Acting County Administrator <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.E.j <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Traffic Signal Maintenance and Operation Order 2-88 <br />US 1 - at 38th Lane <br />US 1 at 85th _Street:_ <br />REF. LETTER: William A. Lewis, DOT, to James Davis dated <br />11-17-88 <br />DATE: November 30, 1988 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The DOT has submitted four copies of a Traffic Signal Maintenance <br />and Operation Order to update the agreement between• the County <br />and DOT for maintenance of the US 1/38th Lane and US 1/85th <br />Street intersections. This is a routine instrument used <br />throughout the State. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends authorizing the Chairman's or County <br />Administrator's signature. There is not funding to be <br />considered. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Operation Order and <br />authorized the Chairman's signature, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />30 <br />
