DEC 2 0 <br />\• <br />BOOK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 133 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ALLOWING THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL <br />OF EXEMPTIONS UNDER CHAPTER 196, FLORIDA <br />STATUTES. <br />75 <br />� rA437 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that in accordance with <br />Section 2, of Chapter 88-65, Laws of Florida, the County <br />hereby formally approves of waiving the requirement that an <br />annual application or statement be made for exemption of <br />property within the county after an initial application is <br />made and the exemption granted in accordance with <br />§196.011(8)(a), Florida Statutes. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C.
