Collins REFERENCES: <br />Acting County Administrator • <br />Jack Price was retained as a temporary employee in late August to fill the <br />void created by the suspension of former Personnel Director William <br />Blankenship. Mr. Price immediately took on responsibility for several major <br />projects including the employee pay and classification study, the CWA Union <br />decertification election, and updating the County Policy Manual on personnel <br />matters.
