Vitunac, County Attorney
January 11, 1989
BOUNDARY DISPUTE BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY AND BREVARD COUNTY
For' some years now there has been a dispute concerning the
precise boundary line between Brevard County and Indian
River County in the Sebastian River area. The problems
arise from imprecise language in state law concerning
whether the boundary line follows the middle of the south
fork of the Sebastian River or its main channel.
On September
David Nolte,
G. Collins,
Eden Bentley
1, 1988, a meeting was held in my office among
Indian River County Property Appraiser; William
II, Acting Indian River County Administrator;
, Assistant Brevard County Attorney; and me.
30
