Wiegers, Staff Planner, <br />Current Development <br />DATE: January 12, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR OLD SUGAR MILL ESTATES <br />UNITS 5 & 6 SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of January 24, 1989. <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND LOCATION: <br />OLD SUGAR MILL ESTATES UNITS 5 & 6 SUBDIVISION is a proposed 8 lot <br />subdivision of a ±7 acre parcel of land located adjacent to the <br />previously platted Old Sugar Mill Estates Subdivision (See Attach- <br />ment #2). The subject property is zoned RS -3 Single -Family <br />Residential (up to 3 units/ acre) and has an• LD -1 Low Density <br />Residential -1 (up to 3 units/acre) land use designation. <br />Old Sugar Mill Estates Unit 5: <br />Project Area: ±2.85 acres <br />Number of Lots: 3 <br />Lot Sizes: ±.50 to ±.94 acres <br />Proposed Density: 1.05 units/acre <br />Old Sugar Mill Estates Unit 6: <br />Project Area: ±4.18 acres <br />Number of Lots: 5 <br />Lot Sizes: ±.67 to ±.89 acres <br />Proposed Density: 1.2 units/acre <br />At its regular meeting of December 8, 1988, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted final plat approval) and the owner's <br />agent, Jim Beindorf, is now requesting final plat approval and has <br />submitted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. a certified cost estimate for construction of all required <br />subdivision improvements; <br />3. a contract for construction of all required improvements; and <br />
