FEB ' 1989 <br />BOOK <br />76 FFUE 54 <br />Output <br />Five (5) copies of a final Preliminary Assessment Report will be provided to the <br />County. <br />SCHEDULE <br />PBS&J can begin work on the services described herein within two weeks of execu- <br />tion of a contract. The work effort can be completed within six weeks of <br />receipt of data needed to begin Task 1. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for services described herein is proposed on the following basis: <br />o Time Charges - PBS&J will invoice the County on the basis of actual <br />salaries of employees working directly on the project times a multi- <br />plier of 3.0. <br />o Expenses - Expenses shall be billed at actual cost to PBS&J, plus a 10 <br />percent administrative fee. <br />The budget proposed for the work effort defined herein is $11,000 and will not <br />be exceeded without the County's prior authorization.
