side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 9, 11, & 13, <br />being the southerly three(3) feet of Lot 9; the northerly three <br />(3) feet of Lot 11; the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 11; and <br />the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 13, Block 13, Tropical <br />Village Estates Subdivision, Section 00, Township 31, Range 37 <br />East, Indian River County, Florida; according to the Plat thereof <br />as recorded in Plat Book 05, Page 65, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. It is the Petitioner's intention <br />to construct a single-family dwelling on the property. <br />The current zoning classification of the property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is <br />LD -2, Low Density Residential, allowing up to six (6) units per <br />acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by the Southern Bell Telephone <br />Company, Florida Power & Light Company, Florida Cablevision <br />Corporation, and the Indian River County Utilities, Road & Bridge <br />Division, and the Engineering Division. Based upon their re- <br />views; there were no objections to the release of the common side <br />lot easements. Staff analysis indicates there would be no <br />adverse impact to utilities being supplied to the subject proper- <br />ty. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, the release of the common three (3) foot side lot utility <br />and drainage easements of Lots 9, 11, & 13, being the southerly <br />three (3) feet of Lot 9; the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 11; <br />the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 11; and the northerly three <br />(3) feet of Lot 13, Block 13, Tropical Village Estates <br />Subdivision, Unit 2,Section 00, Township 31, Range 37 East, Plat <br />Book 05, Page 65, ,of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />FE 14 1989 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 89-18, abandoning certain easements in the <br />Tropical Village Estates Subdivision Unit 2, Lots 9, <br />11, and 13, Block 13. <br />41 <br />moi <br />
