Pr- <br />FEB2 <br />989 <br />i.� <br />BOOK 6 FE,�1, ; <br />The recommendation is to authorize the Chairman to execute both <br />the Agreement and the Waiver. <br />Commissioner Bowman felt the wording in the last part of <br />Paragraph 5 should be changed to read " automatically renew <br />for 'each' additional 5 -year term."
