Schumann, Jr. who on oath <br />says that he is Business Manager of the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a daily newspaper published <br />at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached copy of advertisement, being <br />a <br />• <br />in the matter of .JA1//t ,4441 <br />in the Court, was pub- <br />Iished in said newspaper in the issues of <br />Affiant further says that the said Vero Beach Press -Journal is a newspaper published at <br />Vero Beach, in sajd Indian River County, Florida. and that the said newspaper has heretofore <br />been continuously published in said Indian River County, Florida, each daily and has been <br />entered as second class mail matter at the post office in Vero Beach, in said Indian River Coun- <br />ty, Florida, for a period of one year next preceding the first publication of the attached copy of <br />advertisement; and affiant ftirther says that he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm <br />or corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this <br />advertisement for publication in the said newspaper. <br />Sworn to and subscribed before me this <br />(SEAL) <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby gives notice of a public <br />hearing to be held at 9:05 a.m. on February 28, <br />1989 In the County Administration Building, lo- <br />cated at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. <br />The subject of the hearing is to consider a <br />change to amend the development order for the <br />Development of Regional Impact known as <br />Grand Harbor and determine whether the pro- <br />posed change constitutes a substantial devia- <br />tion subjecting the development to further DRI <br />review, pursuant to Chapter 380.06(19) of the <br />Florida Statutes. The petitioner is Grand Harbor, <br />Inc. <br />Said development order amendment request <br />is to add to the overall Grand Harbor project an <br />adjacent four (4) acre parcel to be used ss a golf <br />maintenance facility for the two golf courses <br />contained within the overall project (River Club <br />golf course and the Grand Harbor golf course). <br />The project location Is bound by 45th Street <br />and 47th Street on the south, by the Indian River <br />on the east, located east of U.S. *1 and located <br />south of the North Relief Canal. <br />This notice, being published at least 15 days <br />prior to the public hearing and pursuant to <br />Chapter 380.06(19) of the Florida Statutes, is <br />being provided to the Department of Community <br />Affairs of the State of Florida and to the Treas- <br />ure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision <br />which may be made at this meeting will need to <br />ensure that a verbatim record of the proceed- <br />ings is made which includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal will be based. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Feb. 13,• By-s- <br />t� S.
