<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com-
<br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously ratified the
<br />appointment of Molly Beard to the Treasure Coast
<br />Regional Planning Council as representative of the
<br />City of Vero Beach and the appointment of Robert
<br />Langdale as representative of Indian River Shores,
<br />Alternate Municipality.
