APR 4 989 <br />BOOK s 6 [,,GE 490 <br />ANALYSIS: <br />1. Utilities: The subdivision will receive water and sewer <br />service from the City of Vero Beach Utilities Department. <br />All utility infrustructure has been constructed, inspected <br />and approved by the City Utilities Department. <br />2. Public Works: The County's Public Works Department has <br />verified that all required improvements have been constructed <br />in conformance with the approved County Land Development <br />Permit. <br />3. Attorney's Office: The County Attorney's office has reviewed <br />and approved the submitted contract for construction of <br />required improvements and the cash deposit and escrow <br />agreement which guarantees the contract. <br />All applicable requirements regarding final plat approval have <br />been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the Oyster Bay Subdivision, authorize the <br />Chairman of the Board to execute the submitted contract for <br />construction of required improvements, and accept the cash bond <br />and escrow agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted <br />Final Plat Approval to Oyster Bay Subdivision; <br />accepted the cash bond and escrow agreement; and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the contract <br />for construction of required improvements. <br />COPIES OF SAID DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />SHERIFF's DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE - 4TH St. & 74th AVE. <br />It was noted that no one from the Sheriff's Office was <br />present. <br />Administrator Chandler advised that a representative from <br />the Sheriff's Office was supposed to be here regarding this item, <br />and the Board agreed to hold the item over until the Sheriff's <br />representative arrives at the meeting. <br />6 <br />
