<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a resolu-
<br />tion, the release of the common three (3) foot side lot utility
<br />and drainage easements of Lots 12 & 14, being the southerly three
<br />(3) feet of Lot 12, and northerly three (3) feet of Lot 14, Block
<br />1, Tropical Village Estates Subdivision Unit No. 2, Section 24,
<br />Tqhnship 31, Range 37 East, Plat Book 05, Page 65, of the RebQrds of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis-
<br />sioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted Reso-
<br />lution 89-43 approving release of the common 3' side
<br />lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 12 and 14,
<br />Block 11, Tropical Village Estates Subdv, as re-
<br />quested by Andrew and Teresa Hubis.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
<br />EASEMENTS ON LOTS 12 AND 14, BLOCK 11, OF TROPICAL
<br />VILLAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no
<br />public purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River
<br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
<br />whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach; Florida,
<br />32960, Grantor, ''to Andrew B. Hubis & Teresa K. Hubis, his wife,
<br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing
<br />address is 1826 Dallon Avenue N.W. Palm Bay, Florida 32907 Grant-
<br />ee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
<br />title, and interest that it may have in the following described
<br />easements:
