Tuesday, May 16, 1989 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, May <br />16, 1989, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Gary C. Wheeler, <br />Chairman; Carolyn K. Eggert, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; <br />Margaret C. Bowman; and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were <br />James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Rabbi Jay R. Davis of Temple Beth Shalom gave the <br />invocation, and Commissioner Scurlock led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Wheeler requested the deletion of Item F from the <br />Consent Agenda - Underwriter for North County Sewer Assessment <br />and the addition of the following two items: <br />1) Appointment of representatives to the budget committee of the <br />Tri -County Medical Examiner Committee. <br />2) Authorization to use two appraisers on right-of-way for Phase <br />III of Indian River Boulevard. _ <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added and <br />deleted the above items from today's Agenda. <br />e`j��. <br />F U. 8:� <br />MI 1 6 1989 <br />
