,'SAY 16 1999 <br />ROOK tr7,r,r 88.E <br />TRI -COUNTY "BUDGET COMMITTEE" - MEDICAL EXAMINER & COURT <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/16/89: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Chairman Gary C. Wheeler <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: May 15, 1989 <br />RE: TRI -COUNTY "BUDGET COMMITTEE" <br />MEDICAL EXAMINER & COURT ADMINISTRATOR <br />Assistant County Attorney Sharon P. Brennan, who is Indian <br />River County's representative to the Tri -County Medical <br />Examiner Committee, informed me that it has been proposed <br />that a special Budget Committee, composed of representatives <br />from the Medical Examiner's Committee and the Court <br />Administrator's Committee, be formed. These people will now <br />meet to go over the proposed budgets for the upcoming fiscal <br />year for the Medical Examiner and the Court Administrator. <br />The Budget Committee's first meeting is tentatively <br />scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 24, 1989, at the <br />St. Lucie County Administration Building. It will be <br />necessary to have someone attend these meetings from our <br />County who is familiar with budgetary data. <br />Therefore, I request the Board of County Commissioners <br />officially appoint me and Joe Baird to attend these upcoming <br />"Budget Committee" meetings. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />authorized Chairman Wheeler and OMB Director Joe Baird <br />to attend the upcoming "Budget Committee" meetings. <br />48 <br />
