IP" JUN 6 1989 <br />76 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89- 15 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FROM RS -3, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO A-1, <br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY <br />LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 110 FEET EAST OF 66TH AVENUE AND <br />998.12 FEET NORTH OF 77th STREET, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, <br />AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board_of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The North one half of the North one half of the Southwest <br />quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, EXCEPT the West 135 feet thereof. <br />Said 135 feet to be measured from the centerline of Lateral <br />A according to State Road Department survey filed November <br />16, 1950, in Plat Book 3, page 8, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida.
