PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILI 'ERVICES <br />SUBJECT: REVISE PLANS - 11TH AVENUE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION <br />PREPARED AND STAFFED BY: SCOTT C. DOSCHER 5c.v <br />PROJECTS ENGINEER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />BACKGROUND <br />Meiser Construction, Inc., has extended the waterline on 11th Avenue <br />to serve the regional area. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Meiser Construction, Inc., has installed 250 lineal feet of 8" water <br />main with fittings, valves, and a hydrant, as requested by Indian <br />River County. Indian River County wishes to compensate Meiser <br />Construction, Inc., a total of $5,600.00 for the installation. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Developer's Agreement with <br />Meiser Construction, Inc. <br />Funding for this project will be from Account No. 471 — Capital/Other Improvements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Developer's Agreement with Meiser Construction, <br />Inc., as recommended by staff. <br />DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />TO THE BOARD <br />72 <br />
