BACKGROUND: <br />The Subject Bid for the New End Loader was properly <br />advertised. and Twelve (12) Invitations to bid were <br />received. Seven (7) Vendors submitted proposals for <br />the coanodity. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />7, .Staff has reviewed the submittal to ascertain adherence to <br />-�..,n. specifications. M. D. Moody was the low responsive & <br />responsible bidder to met all requirements. <br />3. FUNDING: <br />Monies for this project will come from Account #411-000-169-466.00 <br />Total Budget Funds is $125,000.00. <br />4.
