Keating, AICPo�F�CFI��►i;�• <br />Community Development Director `.; <br />DATE: June 6, 1989 ���L P0Z�`©\l� <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN _ <br />TM#89-930 <br />As you are aware, the county must submit its new comprehensive <br />plan to the state by September 1, 1889. <br />Prior to submittal, the plan must be reviewed at public hearings <br />before the Local Planning Agency (LPA) (Planning and Zoning <br />Commission) and the Board of County Commissioners. These hearings <br />'are required by the Growth Management Act which also specifies <br />public advertisement requirements. Staff recommends the following <br />timetable and has begun to make preparations by reserving the <br />chambers and drafting advertisements and schedules.
