Tuesday, June 20, 1989 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, June <br />20, 1989, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Gary C. Wheeler, <br />Chairman; Carolyn K. Eggert, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and <br />Margaret C. Bowman. Absent was Don C. Scurlock, Jr., who was <br />attending a conference in California. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to <br />the Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend David Mulford, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, <br />gave the invocation, and Administrator Chandler led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Wheeler noted that Item 9-G-1 - Oil Recycling Grant <br />Funds - needs to be transferred to the agenda for the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Scurlock being absent) transferred <br />Item 9-G-1 to today's agenda for the meeting of the <br />Solid Waste Disposal District. <br />,�' -'I <br />BOOT i i F�.,E 100 <br />`JUN 2 01989 J <br />
