Gentile, <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Final Pay Request for Signal Construction <br />for Miscellaneous Intersection Improvements Phase II <br />DATE: June 9, 1989 <br />--------------- <br />----------------------------------------- ------- <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The signal construction of the Miscellaneous Intersection <br />Improvements Phase II has been completed by Signal Construction <br />Company Inc. as of June 1, 1989. This project has been accepted <br />by the County Engineer. <br />At this time, final payment of $13,815.18 is requested by the <br />contractor. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is staff's recommendation that the final payment in the amount <br />of $13,815.18 be paid in full at this time.
