a <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff recce vends the authority be granted by the Board of <br />County Cammssioners to declare the above vehicle surplus <br />and authorize its sale. <br />RECQMMENDATION: <br />This will be placed on the Surplus Property Sale open to the <br />Public as per State Statutes. <br />FUNDING: <br />The monies received frau this sale will be returned to the <br />General Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0,, <br />Commissioner Scurlock being absent), declared <br />the above vehicle surplus property and authorized <br />its sale, with monies received from this sale to be <br />returned to the General Fund, as recommended by staff. <br />H.
