ANALYSIS: <br />Letters announcing the Informational Meeting at 7:00 P.M., on <br />Wednesday, June 21, 1989, and the Public Hearing on June 27, 1989, <br />were mailed out via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, on <br />June 16, 1989. All advertisements for the hearing have been placed <br />in the local newspaper. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the signing of Resolution No. Three and <br />proceed with all action necessitated by its execution. <br />County Attorney Vitunac clarified that this is the third <br />Resolution on this project, and this hearing provides a chance <br />for anyone to contest the assessment or the validity of the whole <br />process. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none, and he thereupon closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 89-65 confirming special assessments re <br />installation of sewer system on 6th Ave. from 8th <br />St. to U.S.1. <br />RESOLUTION 89-65 WITH ATTACHED ASSESSMENT ROLL ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />SITE PLAN & SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL FOR USED CAR DEALERSHIP 6 <br />OFFICE FACILITY (JOHN TANASE) <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />, 3 <br />JUN71989 Bou 77 r,,,1151 <br />
