Amend. #086 <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Baird: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 21, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: APPRAISAL FOR NORTH <br />COUNTY SEWER PROJECT <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT 086 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird * <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />To obtain financing for the North County Sewer Project, the county has <br />had to obtain appraisals for a few parcels of land involved in the <br />project. Raymond, James and Associates on the county's behalf <br />contracted with KPMG Peat Marwick to obtain several appraisals of <br />which the cost was $3,658.50. In order to enhance the financing of <br />the project there probably will need to be more appraisals done. <br />Staff would like to pay Raymond James <br />owed and obtain permission to expend up <br />appraisals. <br />FUNDING <br />and Associates the $3,658.50 <br />to an additional $10,000 for <br />The appraisal costs be paid from Utility Operating account 471-218- <br />536-033.19 until we obtain. financing and then the expense be <br />reimbursed as part of the issuance costs if there is adequate funds. <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the payment of appraisals <br />cost up to $13,659.00. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment #086 authorizing payment of <br />appraisal costs up to $13,659. <br />2 <br />
