City of Sebastian and Fells - mere, Florida, in a southerly and easterly direction through the City of Wabasso, Florida, and thence to the highway now existing on the peninsula in said county lying between the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean thence along said highway in a southerly and easterly direction to the bridge across the Indian River to the City of Vero Beach and thence westerly through the limits of said City to State Road No. 30 known as Osceola Boulevard; 68
