GARRETT RETIREMENT <br />William N. Garrett anounced his retirement from Indian River <br />County effective July 21, 1989, and we wish to express our <br />appreciation for his outstanding performance on behalf of <br />local government. <br />William N. Garrett, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, <br />mored to the Vero Beach area in 1968. <br />William N. Garrett has been with Indian River County Refuse <br />since October 1976, and transferred to the Road and Bridge <br />Department in September, 1987, as a Maintenance Worker. <br />William N. Garrett has been a very devoted employee and has <br />always been willing to do what is asked of him whether or not <br />it was his job and will be missed very much by the Road and <br />Bridge Department. <br />The Board of County Commissioners expresses its deep appreciation <br />for the services William N. Garrett has performed on behalf of <br />Indian River County. <br />2 <br />
