Districts requiring special exception: Transmission <br />towers may be allowed in the A-1, IL, IG Zoning Dis- <br />tricts upon receiving approval as a special exception as <br />provided in Section 25.3 and after meeting the require- <br />ments defined below. <br />b. Additional information requirements: <br />1. Applicant shall present documentation of the <br />possession of any required license by any federal, <br />state of local agency. <br />2. A site plan, pursuant to the requirements of <br />Section 23. <br />C. Criteria for transmission towers: <br />1. All towers shall have setbacks from all property <br />lines equal to one hundred ten (110) per cent of <br />the height of the proposed structure.
