It is Mr. Mosley's intention to construct a <br />.four(4) foot metal fence for a swimming pool enclosure as required <br />:by County building codes. <br />=•ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power & Light Company, Florida Cablevision Corporation, <br />and the Indian River County Utility, Road & Bridge, and <br />Engineering Divisions. Based upon their review, there were no <br />objections to the release of the easement. Staff analysis, which <br />included a site visit, showed that drainage would be adequately <br />handled on-site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: • <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a <br />.resolution, the release of the common five (5) foot utility and <br />.drainage easement of Lot 7, Block G, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit <br />No. 3, being the northerly five (5) feet of Lot 7, Block G, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision Unit No. 3, according to the plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Scurlock, Commissioner Bowman being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted Resolution 89-75 <br />releasing the common 5' utility & drainage easement <br />of Lot 7, Block G, Oslo Park Subdv., as requested <br />by Charles Mosley. <br />5 a00K 7 [.A a 447 <br />
