Stan Boling, Chief of Current Development, explained that <br />after the item had gone out, the property owner requested that he <br />only tie together the 4 lots that abut this right-of-way. He has <br />a 1 -acre piece that already has a driveway cut on 5th St.,S.W. and <br />he is requesting that unity of title be filed for just 4 lots in <br />Emerson Villas Subdivision. Staff recommends approval with that <br />change under Condition #1 in staff's recommendation. <br />Chairman Wheeler opened the Public Hearing, and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation with the modification on the <br />unity of title for 4 lots, and adopted Resolution 89-78, <br />providing for the closing, abandonment, and vacation of <br />a portion of 31st Avenue, between 6th Street S.W. and <br />5th Street S.W., said lands lying in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />AUG 8 1999 ' nor f j ga r. 5`1 <br />J <br />
