Sanders. I reside at 6165 98th Lane, <br />Breezy Village, Sebastian. <br />I am Vice President of Breezy Village Homeowners Association <br />and I am a member of the Board of Directors of Breezy Village <br />Association, Inc. <br />I am representing the Homeowners of Breezy Village Subdivision <br />and the Homeowners of New Horizon Trailer Park. <br />Mr. Pollard and Mr. Bonnell have been pursuing the issue <br />of turning lanes at U. S. Highway 1 and 99th Street for the <br />past year. <br />They were informed at that time that it was premature. <br />In the meantime, 99th Street, west of U.S. Highway 1 has <br />added more businesses and industries. <br />1. Industrial Park site was constructed on the north side <br />of 99th Street. <br />2. Fisher has opened a mining operation. This operation <br />alone has 30 trucks per hour using 99th Street. <br />3. A huge warehouse completed and located at the F.E.C. <br />Railroad, on the north side of 99th street. <br />4. A large building for storage and sale of fertilizer <br />located on 99th Street. ° <br />5. A mini storage area, located west of the F.E.C. Railroad <br />on the south side of 99th Street. <br />6. A cabinet shop located in the mini storage area on the <br />south side of 99th Street. <br />7. Wong's Produce Market, a new building located on the <br />northwest corner of U.S. Highway 1 and 99th Street. <br />This Produce Market has caused extra traffic to enter 99th <br />Street, causing considerable congestion and a traffic hazard <br />at U.S. Highway 1. <br />8. Now a mini Storage is to be constructed along 99th Street <br />28 <br />
