MASCOLA, MANAGER <br />DIVISION OF PURCHASING <br />SUBJECT: RE -ROOFING SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB, CLUB HOUSE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NUMBER 89-90 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This project was bid in November 1988 under Indian River County Bid <br />Number 89-35. Due to lack of funds in the golf course budget the bid <br />was not awarded. Since the bids were only good for sixty (60) days <br />the project was properly re-advertise4and fifteen (15) invitations to <br />bid were sent out in July of 1989. On August 23, 1989, the bids were <br />received with four (4) vendors submitting proposals. <br />6 <br />
